FAQ
Questions about plans and billing
How does the free trial work?
Register your organisation and confirm your email address, and your new workspace starts with 14 days of Growth. You don't need a card to begin. Choose the plan you want to keep from Billing in the admin console.
Is the price per user?
No. Each plan is one monthly price for the whole workspace and includes the mailboxes listed. Adding a person up to your plan's mailbox limit costs nothing extra.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. An administrator with billing access can move the workspace to a different plan from Billing in the admin console, which shows what the change means before you confirm it.
How do I pay?
By card or PayPal. Once you've saved a payment method, each monthly renewal is charged to it automatically until you cancel.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, every plan includes at least one custom domain. The admin console lists the DNS records to add, and mail is sent from a domain only once you've verified you own it, so nobody else can send as you.
Will my existing mail apps work?
Yes. IMAP and SMTP are included on every plan, so Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and phone mail apps work alongside the webmail. Each person turns it on and creates an app password in Webmail's settings.
What if we need more than the largest plan?
We can set your workspace's limits above the published plans. Contact sales and tell us what you need.
